Twenty young people in the Dubbo electorate will receive cash grants of $1,000 to help achieve their academic aspirations and training goals as part of a NSW Government scholarship program. Students at St Matthews Catholic School in Mudgee will have upgraded learning opportunities, thanks to funding from the NSW Government’s Building Grants Assistance Scheme (BGAS). Mindyarra Maintenance Centre takes shape

The brand new Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo is taking shape, with structural steel to frame the new facility now being installed at the site. The new maintenance centre is part of the NSW Government’s $2.8 billion Regional Rail Project, which will see NSW TrainLink’s ageing XPT, XPLORER and Endeavour trains replaced by 29 new trains, which will be tested, maintained and serviced in Dubbo.
