Community helps redesign Baird Street intersection

Community feedback has shaped a new design for the intersection of Baird Street and the Newell Highway in Dubbo. Further funding for Sports Hub project

The future of the Dubbo Sport and Wellness Hub is secure, with the NSW Government filling a funding shortfall to ensure stage one of the project becomes a reality. $600,000 for Lifeline Central West to find a Dubbo home

Hope and help is on the way to the people of Western NSW thanks to $600,000 in special funding by the NSW Government for Lifeline Central West. Minister for Mental Health Bronnie Taylor joined Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders to announce the funding, which will be used to purchase a new Lifeline building in Dubbo to accommodate the growing number of volunteers needed to provide suicide prevention and mental health counselling and training services to the region. Rawsonville Bridge to be replaced

The 103-year-old Rawsonville Bridge west of Dubbo will be removed and replaced following feedback from the local community. Refurbishing Wellington Cenotaph

Community groups are being encouraged to make an application for funds to conserve the state’s community war memorials under round two of the NSW Government’s Community War Memorials Fund. Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders announced $10,000 for the refurbishment of the Wellington Cenotaph as part of the  $125,000 Memorial Fund.
