Parks, paths and parking are in for a boost across the Mid-Western Region, with $556,000 provided through the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund. A Mudgee teacher has been selected to take part in the Department of Education’s exclusive FASTstream program, but will remain in the region as she takes her career to the next level. Life-saving boost for Heart of Gulgong

A community-driven initiative to install life-saving equipment around Gulgong has received a welcome boost from the NSW Government. Widening work has commenced to improve safety on Goolma Road just west of Goolma.
