Less than seven months after opening its doors, the Vinnies Return and Earn Bulk Container Deposit Centre in Dubbo has processed more than seven million bottles, cans and containers for recycling. Crown land managers and community groups that use Crown land in the Dubbo Electorate are being invited to apply for a share of $14 million in grants to upgrade and maintain community facilities and reserves across NSW.
