The Orana Mid-Western Police District will be a safer place, with a second wave of new officers set to hit the beat. Funding for youth programs in Mid-Western LGA

A two-year program aimed at youth in the Mid-Western Regional Council local government area (LGA) will proceed thanks to funding from the NSW Government’s Stronger Country Communities Fund. Work commences on new Mitchell Highway overtaking lanes

Work is underway to improve journeys along the Mitchell Highway, thanks to three new overtaking lanes. Showground works to be done as part of regional NSW stimulus package

The scout community in western NSW will have access to improved facilities, after the NSW Government provided more than $290,000 in funding to the 1st Dubbo Scouts as part of the Stronger Country Communities Fund program.
