A trade careers program aimed at Dubbo students in Years 7-12 will proceed thanks to funding secured by Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders. Skillset, the largest employer of young people in trades across Western NSW, has developed the ‘Trade Up’ program to help increase its connection to trade careers and activities, along with local employers. Regional rail maintenance facility on track

The new Regional Rail Maintenance Facility is one step closer to reality, with the first crews arriving in Dubbo this week to start early work at the site. Future of PCYC programs secured thanks to funding

A pair of programs based at Dubbo PCYC that work hand-in-hand with the NSW Police Commissioner’s Riseup Program will be extended by a further 18 months thanks to almost $200,000 in funding secured by Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders. Theatre program set to proceed thanks to funding

$810,000 boost to Royal Flying Doctor Service

The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) can now expand its work in protecting our regional communities thanks to an additional $810,000 from the NSW Government.
