Mudgee’s community garden will become an educational tool focused on waterwise growing methods, thanks to funding allocated to the Uniting Church Cudgegong Cluster. Saunders welcomes cheaper bus fares

Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders has welcomed news that bus customers in the Dubbo electorate will benefit from lower fares in the new year, after the NSW Government adopted recommendations made by the Independent Pricing and Review Tribunal (IPART). New meeting space for Mudgee community groups

A communal meeting space in Mudgee will be finalised thanks to funding from the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnerships program. Preschools to benefit from Quality Learning Environments program

Six preschools and daycare centres in Dubbo, Gulgong and Mudgee will be able to make improvements to their services thanks to funding from the NSW Government’s Quality Learning Environments (QLE) program. A young man who has found his niche in the graphic design and signwriting industry has been named as one of four apprentices from the region to be awarded a prestigious Bert Evans Scholarship in 2020.
