Help shape Rawsonville Bridge replacement

Members of the community are encouraged to attend an information session this week about plans to replace the century-old timber Rawsonville Bridge, west of Dubbo. New bridge to improve safety for Dubbo, supporters come out in force

The new high-level crossing of the Macquarie River at River Street will deliver improved safety, better access and keep communities connected during flood events, with the Submissions Report and refined design now released. The NSW Government is delivering better connections and greater flexibility for regional communities between Dubbo and Mudgee, with a new day-return Wednesday On Demand coach service starting from today. Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders has called for further financial support to be provided to residents and business owners in drought-impacted regions of regional NSW. Applications open for $250 Regional Seniors Travel Card

Applications for the NSW Government’s $250 Regional Seniors Travel Card are now open for those living in the Dubbo electorate. Eligible seniors can apply through service.nsw.gov.au, by calling 13 77 88 or visiting a Service NSW Service Centre.
