Safety barriers, wider road shoulders and new line markings are among the safety improvements now complete on a section of the Mitchell Highway at Cooba Road, west of Dubbo. Region to benefit from community-based suicide prevention training program

A band of ‘Gatekeepers’ will be rolled out in the region, with the NSW Government investing $2.8 million over the next three years to train 10,000 volunteers in suicide prevention skills. Shooting range construction to commence in November

Dubbo to host NSW Open golf qualifying event

Just months after successfully hosting the 2020 Womens NSW Open, Dubbo Golf Club is one of six locations chosen to host qualifying events for the men’s version of the event.
