Children and families across in the Dubbo electorate will benefit from the expansion of the NSW Government’s learn to swim voucher program. Road transfers to ease burden on Councils

Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders has welcomed the Interim Report into Road Classification Review and Regional Road Transfer, which has recommended the transfer of a number regional roads to state ownership. One of those transfers put forward by the Independent Panel will see the route from Tomingley to Eumungerie via Narromine moved into state ownership, including sections of road within the Narromine township. Far West families to get active in March

The NSW Government is teaming up with Creative Community Concepts, Kit Bag for Kids, MALO Republic and Black Dog Institute to deliver the Far West Active Fest for children and adults living in communities across the region this March. 10 days left to apply for Community Building Partnerships

Community groups, not-for-profits and councils in the Dubbo Electorate still have 10 days left to apply for the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnerships Program. Member for the Dubbo Electorate Dugald Saunders said the program will unlock $300,000 for a range of projects delivering social, environmental and recreational outcomes. “If you have a project in mind that you think will benefit your community, whether it’s infrastructure, accessible features, equipment or refurbishment, it’s not too late to apply for this grant program,” Mr Saunders said. “Local sports clubs, charities, schools and museums are just some of the groups that benefit from this fund.
