The NSW Government is teaming up with Creative Community Concepts, Kit Bag for Kids, MALO Republic and Black Dog Institute to deliver the Far West Active Fest for children and adults living in communities across the region this March. Community groups, not-for-profits and councils in the Dubbo Electorate still have 10 days left to apply for the NSW Government’s Community Building Partnerships Program. Member for the Dubbo Electorate Dugald Saunders said the program will unlock $300,000 for a range of projects delivering social, environmental and recreational outcomes. “If you have a project in mind that you think will benefit your community, whether it’s infrastructure, accessible features, equipment or refurbishment, it’s not too late to apply for this grant program,” Mr Saunders said. “Local sports clubs, charities, schools and museums are just some of the groups that benefit from this fund.
