Funding to enhance Crown Reserves

Crown land managers and community groups that use Crown land in the Dubbo Electorate are being invited to apply for a share of $14 million in grants to upgrade and maintain community facilities and reserves across NSW. Safer participation for triathletes and volunteers

Local and visiting triathletes to Dubbo will soon be able to compete more safely thanks to a NSW Government grant, Member for the Dubbo Electorate Dugald Saunders said. Taronga Western Plains Zoo to reopen on 1 June

Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo will reopen its gates on Monday 1 June. The Zoo initially closed on 25 March to ensure the safety of its guests, staff and animals and prevent the transmission of COVID-19. Taronga Western Plains Zoo has continued to work with the advice provided by NSW Health and the State and Federal Governments, and will now reopen in a controlled and responsible way. NSW Patient Experience Program coming to Dubbo

Patients at the emergency department and COVID-19 clinic at Dubbo Hospital will soon benefit from an $8.6 million expansion of the NSW Government’s Patient Experience Program, which is the first of its kind in Australia. $1.1 million for bushfire-affected Mid-Western and Dubbo region farmers

Bushfire affected primary producers in the Mid-Western Region have received a much-needed boost with more than $1 million in Special Disaster Bushfire Grants from the NSW Government, while $75,000 will go to producers in the Dubbo Region. Point to point vehicle sanitisation rolls out in Dubbo

Enhanced safety measures for point to point transport providers such as taxis and hire vehicles are being rolled out in Dubbo with the trial of a free vehicle sanitisation station.
