Preschools to benefit from Quality Learning Environments program

Six preschools and daycare centres in Dubbo, Gulgong and Mudgee will be able to make improvements to their services thanks to funding from the NSW Government’s Quality Learning Environments (QLE) program. Member for the Dubbo electorate Dugald Saunders said more than $80,000 has been allocated to centres in the region, with the program allowing for funding of up to $15,000 to purchase resources and activities which improve physical or educational learning environments. Funding to aid further growth of Dubbo Netball Association

Netballers in Dubbo and other parts of the region will have improved access to the game they love, thanks to funding from the NSW Government. Apprentices get a helping hand through scholarship program

A young man who has found his niche in the graphic design and signwriting industry has been named as one of four apprentices from the region to be awarded a prestigious Bert Evans Scholarship in 2020.
